Its after midnight and it's taken me hours to get through all the posts on this thread.

Took nearly 700 post before Joe Bruno's name got mentioned. He's having a pleasant evening.

Aroune 11, Andrson Cooper started a Spitzer rally. (As a follow up to Carvilles earlier comments.) First he had on noted Clinton ass licker Alan Dershowitz. Doucheowitz said no big deal - no normal person would be charged - 2nd class misdemeanor at best.

Of course,"normal people" are not as likely to be blackmailed or pressured by organized crime.

Then he had some apologist comparing it to a guy having a hard day at work needing a little "hug".

Following the Clinton playbook. - Non-denial denial - some deep navel gazing - maybe they could bring back the "ministers" that counseled Clinton. They might have to bring in a sub for Jesse as it might be pointed out that he was banging some broad on the side while he was counseling Clinton about banging broads on the side.

Oh well, I'm sure the MSM will be in full cover up mode tomorrow. - Old news by Thursday = lets "move on".

This all makes me long for a simpler time, when a romp in the Tidal Basin with an Argentine Firecracker did not cost $5500.

Of course, the Democrats are going to repeat this over and over and over so it sticks.

The difference is, I wonder if the Liberal Democrats would want a cop charged for prostitution related crimes. You bet your bippy they would!

So for Spitzer is cannot be "business as usual". This dirt bag was at one time in charge of sending people to prison. Now he's in a far more sensitive position. Who's to say Spitzer wasnt' compromised? Being blackmailed?

What did he giveaway in hope of making this go away?
