Once again, the Calipetriedish is growing active rot. Will everyone just abandon the state or will they really fight for it?

"Michael Smith, president of the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), said in a March 3 statement that the organization "strongly disputes this interpretation of California law" and is studying the decision."

Hopefully, they *will* fight. If they don't, and California caves in on this, how long before the rest of the states follow? :-(

Are they concerned that homeschooled children may have an unfair advantage over those in the public indoctrination centers

Neither. The inhabitants of the state will merely accept what is merely the latest assault on any remaining rights they maintain for now.
