You have to keep in mind that maybe 20 million more dead people would vote for hillary than Obama. She's been building her machine for a much longer time.
On wonders if cities like Philadelphia would yield a greater turnout for Hillary or Obama. I’d guess Hillary would generate the normal turnout of 110%, while Obama might hit 125%. Just mulling.
