Limbaugh mentioned the case during the Rosen trial in May of 2005. Last year, Drudge picked up an FR piece about Rosen, that Drudge thought was current. It talked about Hillary's finance director being indicted. Rush picked it up and read the story, not realizing that it was over two years old. I called WABC and got a message to his producer. Rush dropped it immediately and just wanted it forgotten so he wasn't embarrassed. Drudge had it on his site probably a half hour before he realized the screw up.
