Those numbers coming in from Texas (before the polls closed) were apparently from early voting, as I just believe I heard on Fox News (I’m pretty tired tonight... not sure what I’m hearing... LOL).

The election in Texas is more than half over before primary day. An estimated 60 percent, or 2 million of the 3.3 million total voters, cast their ballots early, Texas Secretary of State Phil Wilson said Monday.

Correct, early voting only.
Polls closed 8pm CST.
I thought it was 7pm CST but I think far West Texas is in Mountain Zone so had to wait an hour for the three or four people who live out there (ducking).

Well, I guess El Paso is in that zone too so add the three or four to their pop.
