I don’t think McCain looks bad at all and I think he’ll likely stay healthy.

Yeah, I’m not making any specific predictions about the guy and don’t especially care for his politics but looks can be deceiving. Could be that Mister Picture of Health Mitt Romney could kick the bucket tomorrow (I hope not), and McCain could still be irritating us 25 years from now.
