Puppy looks dead already. And there is no doppler effect on the yelping.....it should recede as the puppy moves further away.

Sidebar at YouTube says they don’t know if the dog is already dead. The dog does not move at all when the soldier is holding it by the scruff of the neck. But even if the dog is already dead, it’s sick to film it.

Even if the puppy was dead, which it may well be the case, it is still very sick and evil to throw it out of the cliff like this.
