As far as the puppy, if they did it, it’s awful. Does that merit the headline “America’s Shame”...a little over the top, IMHO. We had a football star in this country that treated dogs deplorably, so a couple lone Marines being inhumane to an animal is possible. There are bad apples in every group. I’d first have to be convinced the video is real and not photoshopped or faked.

there’s also a video of another military man that didn’t make it home, but the two dogs he befriended have made it back to his family in the States.
