I have lived in a small town in TX for 35 yers. We have had a Republican Primary only once in that time. We either vote in Democratic Primary or not vote.
Considering that choice, how should I vote?? Do I vote for Hillary or Obama?
is that legal? are you in Ozona? (I love it out there). But how can you not have the option to vote for whoever is running??
