ONE QUESTION...has a Primary ever been re-done? If so, when and who. I tried to Google it but couldn’t find anything.

The primary took place. The party has decided not to seat the delegates. The only possible battle is over whether to seat the delegates. If the party was wrong about disenfranchising the Florida Dem vote, then the candidates should have dealt with it as they saw fit at the time.
The only reason for a revote is because BHO let it slip past him at the time.
