I'd say they have to. The Dimwits are going to vote twice so why not? And FL has no problem with people changing their party affiliation before the primary and back after it.

I agree, which is why I think Crist’s idea isn’t going anywhere.

The effect would be that Florida voters get a chance to vote twice while voters in other states can only vote once. Imagine the lawsuits under the Equal Protection Clause. This could open quite a can of worms, which I’m sure our governor never considered, not exactly being the brain surgeon type.
