Lest anyone doubt DMN's liberal views. DMN believes Reganism no longer resonates with America. I submit that we last saw Reganism when Reagan was President, and a revival with Newt's Contract with America. That's it. America still resonates with Reganism - we just need it!

The Sunday Christan Preacher that abandoned his flock to pursue his own ambitions, no thanks. The sarcasm spewing huckster that slings vile for fun acts like the last politician to come from Arkansas. Same mold, same ambitions, same slick tongue and same rock throwing from a fragile glass house as BJ Clinton.

For many reasons, Reaganism, which made the GOP the dominant political party of the last generation, no longer resonates as it once did with the American public.
Really. Why should people care about individual liberty and a safe and strong America? Those things no longer "resonate" with the American public.

A vote for Huckabee is a vote for the Democrat candidate.

This is a good editorial. The world has changed since Reagan and conservatives are going to have to adapt. I agree that Huckabee might represent a much needed current of conservatism that blends social values with a saner and more realistic foreign policy and an economic populism that encourages small business and is pro-family.
