We did in 1976.
Oh yeah, 4 years of Carter where we are still dealing with his incomptency today; Iran, North Korea, Taiwan, Panama Canal, the 178 midnight social bills including Superfund passed in the last 60 days of his office, the Dept. of Education, etc. Not a good example.
At this point, such big typing mistake kinda makes my argument foggy and moot, so maybe on some other thread.
