When did the rules change?

I recall FDR, JFK, LBJ, HHH, RMH, GRF

Carter (Earl) and Reagan (Wilson) skipped the middle name thing, then it was back again with BJ Clinton.

What I want to know is that after 7 years of Libs/Dems comparing Bush to various chimps and monkeys, when can we start doing that to Barry?

I don’t know when the rules changed, but Reagan didn’t need the whole 3 initial thing to secure a legacy. Much like Patton, just saying Reagan is more than enough. With Carter the spit that comes after you say his name compensates for the lack of the middle name.

Remember in the 1992 election where the media made such a big deal of Bush #41 having 2 middle names, painted him as a privileged elitist, while they ignored that BJ has 2 middle names, too?
