That Galveston case was awful. I didn’t keep up with it so I don’t have any details but the guy chopped his neighbor into pieces before he dumped him in the bay. Somehow he got off. He was from a very wealthy NY family and could have easily paid the jury millions. It wasn’t the first murder he was involved in either.
