Bah, I saw plenty of people laughing at China shutting down from 15 deg F temps and 4 inches of snow. Of course, those same people live in upper Minnesota, so they're a bit prejudice in terms of what they consider cold!

To a native Hawaiian, 65 deg F is time to break out the coat; to a person from Seattle it's time to break out the shorts!
