I live in NC so crawdads are a little tougher to come by here than say, Louisiana.
But I’ve had ‘em and I do love ‘em!
The oysters were from off Chincoteague Island, VA. They were just amazing.
Oysters, yum, yum! I can’t wait for the good spring low tides here on Puget Sound so I can go to my favorite secret place and start getting them. My wife makes a great spicy breading that I like to fry them up in, dip ‘em in some hot cocktail sauce, can’t beat it!
