Technically, an airgun is not a “firearm”. So you’re safe. Who makes that thing anyway, and how much do they run?

Its a firearm where the Missouri Conservation commission is concerned and I think it would be considered a firearm in most other states.
Its a hoot to shoot, believe me. I use an Airbag to energize the rifle. Fiberglass tank, smaller and lighter than scuba, used by firemen.
