Why is there all of this concern that there might be attempts on Obama's life?
There were attempts on Pres Ford's and Pres Reagan's lives. Crazy people try to kill leaders. The Secret Service deals with! You should too!
Liberals like other liberals to be the victims, so they can exploit their suffering (real or imagined) or even their deaths for their own political interests. Exhibit A: the Wellstone funeral.
BTW, one of my friends from college is in the Secret Service. She told me that when Pelosi became Speaker of the House (and next in line for the Presidency behind the Vice President), death threats against Bush and Cheney jumped dramatically.
