Oh yea. What evidence do you have that McCain is MORE likely to appoint a Bader Ginsburg than Obama or Clinton. McCain voted for Bork, Thomas, Roberts and Alito. Obama and Clinton both voted against Roberts and Alito. And the radical leftist Yale law professor Harold Koh is on both their short lists. You are really just talking through your hat when you make statements as outlandish as that.

McCain's siding with Democrats on anything involving social/judicial decisions over the Bush administration.

McCain's greedy desire to get things done with a huge backing so he looks more popular...
