Profound grief and regret do strange things to people. Mercy and compassion are also godly qualities.
I concur on both counts. I have to confess, I want to feel such mercy and compassion for her, because this is so tragic. But, I wonder if she is in Hell. I wondered this about my mother as well. It is a terrible contemplation.
I have no doubt her babies are with the Lord.
If she is in Hell, I can't give her any more mercy or compassion - because God has already judged her. I can, however, feel tragedy in my heart for her - which I already do.
