I think this woman was too distraught to be thinking logically; I think she was desperate, rather then presumptuous, when she spoke about joining her babies in Heaven. We should all pray for this poor woman’s soul.
I agree, but what does that mean? Is there a Biblical reference for this? I am not trying to be a smart a$$. I know the biblical references for praying for someone to come to Jesus Christ when they are alive and have the choice. But I don't know what in the Bible to reference to pray for the dead.
