Wonder how many of these women suffer like this we never hear about.

Our ‘modern’ lifestyles in this country no one marrying, etc is just so wrong.

sad for her sad for her babies sad for grandma that won’t ever be?

Ben is a jerk.

You are correct. They are all supposed to be for life. Some of them focus on life issues, though.

So, some as with Food for the Poor priests would focus a great deal on poverty issues, and meet the routine needs of the people under their care as well.

Priests for Life focus on educating people about abortion and related life issues, and meet the routine needs of the people under their care as well.

There are other orders that focus on education in poorly educated areas...

They all care about abortion, life issues, education, and poverty, but noone can concentrate on every human need 24/7. So, they specialize.

I was taught Purgatory was for children? I don’t know why but it was not a bad place but a place for a soul that was too young to go to heaven or hell.

As I recall; unbaptized babies/children would go to "Limbo." They would be content but never see God.

The modern Church has quietly repealed that belief. The official statement was that "God bound Salvation to Baptism, however he, himself, is not bound by his sacraments."

Um, the new buzz word is “reproductive” rights.
Like killing babies is the same as using a condom.
Intellectual honesty be damned.

If this is not in your bible, it is because it was removed by the Council of Jamnia-called around AD 90-100-after Jesus inconveniently fulfilled certain prophecies.

I have lived too long (85) for I remember the days when a man/boy had to pursue an upright, proud, moral woman/girl, not have them fling themselves at him with lowcut dresses and no bras—many women and school age girls look like tramps today, when compared to yesteryear, so what would one expect to go on-—”shacking up” was known in my day but it was hardly the norm-—”lie down with dogs and come up with fleas”-—along with the ‘modern women’ push for abortion on demand, churches playing to homos for the buck, marriage and true family decency is on the wane with children many times being just a nuisance instead of a gift of God and the future of our nation—these standards,or lack of them, has put us all in dire straights and heading for destruction as happened to every major country over the span of history—

I have heard some priests have become more liberal, so I wasn’t sure if some supported abortion or not. Thanks for the clarification.

O most merciful, all gracious and compassionate Lord Jesus Christ our Savior, Son of God: we entreat Thee, most gracious Master: look with compassion upon Thy children who have been condemned to death by the unjust judgment of men. And as Thou hast promised to bestow the heavenly kingdom on them born of water and the Spirit, and who in blamelessness of life have been translated unto Thee; and Who said, “Suffer the little children to come unto me, for of such is the kingdom of heaven” - we humbly pray, according to Thy unfailing promise: grant the inheritance of Thy kingdom to the multitude of spotless infants who have been cruelly murdered in the abortuaries of this land; for Thou art the resurrection and the life and the repose of all Thy servants and of these innocents, O Christ our God.

Turn the hearts of those who seek to destroy Thy little ones. We beseech Thee to pour forth Thy healing grace upon them, that they may be convicted in their hearts and turn from their evil ways. Remember all of them that kill our children as on the altars of Moloch, and render not unto them according to their deeds, but according to Thy great mercy convert them: the unbelieving to true faith and piety, and the believing that they may turn from evil and do good.

O Holy Master, Almighty Father and pre-eternal God, Who alone made and directs all things; Who rises up quickly against the evil of the impious ones; who, by providence, teaches Thy people preservation of justice and the obliteration of evil on earth; Who condescends to raise up warriors for the protection of the people of God: we entreat Thee with compunction, that as Thou didst give David power to defeat Goliath, and as Thou didst condescend through Judas Maccabeus, to seize victory from the arrogant pagans who would not call on Thy Name; so too, grant protection to us, Thy servants against the enemies rising against us as we go forth to do spiritual battle against the evil one and those who do his will rather than Thine.

For Thou art a merciful God, and lovest mankind, and unto Thee do we send up glory: to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.

Perhaps a copy of this article should be sent to every Supreme Court Justice and then read on the air at the Republican Convention.

The prayer in your tagline is especially appropriate in this situation...

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell;
Lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy mercy.

Oh, absolutely. That's why my last line was

Kyrie eleison.

And my tagline was

This is the saddest story I have seen in some time.

May the Almighty take pity on this woman and re-unite her with her babies.

For the men:

When a woman is pregnant, she is emotional, no matter how favorable her circumstances. If her circumstances are difficult, she will be prone to outside pressure. If she is not strong, and does not get support from people around her, she can succumb to pressure. If she is surrounded by people who pressure her to abort, she is vulnerable to that pressure.

May God have mercy on her soul.

So did they force her or not? If they did, I would think the DA would be looking into manslaughter charges. We're always told "It a woman's right to choose", yet this seemed to be the doctors' right to kill.

“This is a horrible story but all too common and all too ignored by those that claim they are looking out for the best interests of women and their children. A friend of mine related a story about a woman who had been “forced” into an abortion by her husband and her parents. She had a psychological break after it and being deeply religious would hallucinate seeing the devil holding her little baby after she went through with the abortion. Women are constantly bullied and threatened into having abortions by boyfriends, parents, and husbands and it is disgusting. Where is the charity, where is the concern, where is the good will for these women, or the respect for their natural desire to keep their baby and carry it to term?”
