Don’t remember too many middle or upper class neighborhoods rioting. I may be wrong though.
Maybe it is more an educational or lack of affluence type of thing.

What I meant was that there really are very few exclusively "white" neighborhoods. While there are lots of exclusively or nearly exclusively "black", "Hispanic", "Chinese", etc. neighborhoods. So if the "ghetto" erupts, and they choose, as I would, to not trash their own neighborhood, there is no "whitey's neighborhood" to trash. They'll have to trash integrated neighborhoods. They might just do that of course.

In Texas, that would not be a smart move, here the 'burbs are almost as heavily armed as the rural areas.
