Prayers for his family. It is terrible. No word yet on what caused the accident, but the officer was thrown 30 feet and has just died at Methodist Hospital.

Officer In Clinton Motorcade Killed In Crash DALLAS (AP) ― A Dallas police motorcycle officer crashed Friday while escorting the Hillary Clinton motorcade to a campaign rally. The officer was killed in the crash. There's no word on the officer's identity. Aerial video showed emergency medical technicians laboring to treat the officer on the Houston Street viaduct between the downtown and Oak Cliff sections of Dallas. Dallas police spokesman Sgt. How fast could the motorcade have been traveling? For the life of me, I can’t imagine they would be going so fast for the officer to have lost control, swerving into an enbankment. How utterly tragic!
