Bush maybe playing the old “we support you knowing others won’t” game.His game is getting our embassy burned down then. Why would he play that game? I believe he truly supports it.

This maybe the signal to the Europeans that the US is done babysitting Kosovo and that they need to figure out what they really want. With the embassy burned down we do not need to be there anymore.
