I don't believe that Bill Clinton is a member of the current administration that just recognized Kosovo's Independence.
... and George W. Bush, and the US State Department.
Clinton may have begun the US role in this mess, but it's been carried on well past his influence and even made worse now by Bush's administration.

Thank you Bill Clinton AND George Bush AND John McCain. Bush supported that war as well and has kept troops there ever sense. McCain, of course, was even worse than Clinton on Kosovo.

Clinton may have started the ball rolling, but GWB and Condi Rice tipped it over the edge last weekend when they openly supported and acknowledged the new “country” of Kosovo, along with their Euro allies. They just handed over a long time and bitterly fought part of the former Serbia to the moslem scum who have been fighting for control for centuries. What the hell were those morons thinking?
