The comparison was on your stated terms...largest to largest. It’s the largest city in VA, which was what you said you were comparing.
You had no problem comparing OK City to LA. OK City’s population is 537,734. VA Beach’s is 425,257. Now, because VA Beach’s stats are lower than LA’s, you moan that it’s too small of a city?
Pretty amazing that Indianapolis Indiana has substantially more crime per capita than L.A. Cal...I was as surprised as you were.
