Plain and simple this is cheating and stealing from the vendor and the manufacturer. They are the ones that take the financial loss. Not when they are passing that loss onto the legitimate buyer as Best Buy does with its restocking fees.

Not when they are passing that loss onto the legitimate buyer as Best Buy does with its restocking fees.Hows that?
You think that when you buy the wrong thing, Best Buy should incur costs, but you shouldn't?

Not when they are passing that loss onto the legitimate buyer as Best Buy does with its restocking fees. I thought the restocking fee was deducted from the returner's refund. This is how most businesses do it.
