It’s not clear now what Ronald Reagan’s membership status is now. There is evidence up-thread that he was not a member...during his life. But there is still some uncertainty about whether he joined post-mortem. Is Oliver Stone a member? He may be able to clear this up with a movie.

By all reputable accounts I’ve ever seen (and I have looked), Ronald Reagan was never a CFR member (although he did tick off many of his supporters by appointing many CFR members to his cabinet).
Unfortunately, it appears Ron Paul supporters sent out emails pointing out how many of the current Presidential candidates are CFR members—and they listed Ronald Reagan among a handful of folks. So, the disinformation campaign continues.
