Also, do a little more research and some of the members of the Council on Foreign Relations may stun you ..and there are some very good republicans that are members.

I'm not surprised Fred Thompson, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice are or have been members, since Thompson has held view anathema to Conservatism and the latter three have worked or do work for George Bush who endorses amnesty for illegal aliens, The Law Of The Sea Treaty that will cede at least some of our national sovereignty to the world order UN.

Republicans belonging to a Socialist group that also includes Madeleine Albright, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Jimmy Carter,Sandy Berger, Tom Brokaw, George Soros (a flaming socialist), Barbara Walters only confirms the GOP has been incrementally moving to the Socialist left and therefore aligning its political ideology with the Socialist Democrats to the point where they are essentially one party.

This navy brat/navy wife has NO problem voting for McCain.

I'm sure the Socialists are gratified knowing they've convinced another to turn a blind eye to the gradual conversion of the U.S. from a Democratic Republic to Socialism.
