If Hillary steals the nomination from Obama(assuming he wins it), all hell is going to break lose in the Democrat party. McCain’s only chance of winning(imo) is if Hillary is the nominee without Obama on the ticket.

As far as preparing for 2012, I agree with you there. However, 2010 is the starting point. I think it’s past time to purge the party of unfaithful congressmen. Abort the RINOs.

“The three lawmakers’ positions on climate policy differ starkly from McCain’s, but the senator insisted public opinion is behind him and that he would not be swayed to change his own stance.”

Public “opinion” used to support the belief that the Earth was flat. So much for conventional wisdom.

Most of our “government educated” citizens believe whatever new fad or crisis the pseudo-science gods of the MSM pontificate. Legitimate science, that which holds to the scientific principles of objective observation, experimentation, and verifying of theory through repetition of results, does not support anthropological global warming (climate change).

John McCain has yet to prove the legitimacy of any claim he has made, both in science and in politics. The man is a demagogue and a habitual liar, more dangerous than Clinton, because McCain knows no limits. His temperament fits perfectly with that of a Machiavellian tyrant. He would make himself ipso-facto emperor. His ego is that of a dictator, a megalomaniac with messianic delusions of personal godhood.

In his thirst for power, John McCain would do irreparable damage to the nation... possibly even catastrophic. His unpredictable temper may well set us on the road to WW-III with the Russians and Chinese. Owing to his POW experience in Viet Nam, McCain harbors a visceral hatred for Asiatic peoples, a resentment so intense that it will color his judgment on core issues of foreign policy. This makes him damaged goods, the epitome of the “ugly American,” and thus unfit for the role of CIC.

What “my vote” will do is never help elect a known 1A rights infringer and oath of office violator.

Nonsense. This year, you are for OBAMA. Case closed.

Some of us actually care about the United States Constition and violations thereof.

Blah blah blah. That's why you voted for GWB, right? Don't make me laugh. You get two choices come November. McCain or Obama. Help one or you help the other.

There will be a non-Huckster Libertarian, Constitutional, or Independent candidate coming this summer.

Between Hillary, Obama, and McCain......what difference in judge nominees will exist when McCain the Maverick asks Teddy who he will let through the SJC without a fight.

Don’t for a second think you’re gonna get non-liberal judges with McCain.

Isn’t GOA headed by the man who worked on Pat Buchanan’s 1996 campaign? The same guy who ended up resigning because he was associated with white supremacists.

But conservatives who sit out and pout, helping the DEMs win with a sizable mandate, will have themselves to thank for the socialism that will follow.

Nonsense. McCain is an unprincpled ass who has spent his political career deriding conservativism and supporting some of the worst causes of the left.

The conservative votes are there for him to earn. If McCain won't do that and he then loses the presidency to the Democrats it will be his fault.

Uh....yeah....because Republican leaning voters gave Perot 19%. They didn’t care much for “Read my lips.....” being violated and walked somewhere else.

I don’t care much for the Constitution I swore to defend being violated, so I will walk somewhere else.

If conservatives fail to defend America against the socialist party, they will help to deliver a mandate to President Obama. We all know who and what McCain is. And we know who and what the DEMs are. There's nothing to earn. The choice is clear. It's either McCain or Obama. You either help one or you help the other.

I still own my guns.

...and still cannot pool my $$$$ with my neighbors and place an ad mentioning a candidate for federal office within the free speech blackout periods created by Juan McCain the 1A rights infringer.

Bill Clinton isn’t getting my vote this year either.

[ If conservatives sit out and help deliver a strong socialist mandate this fall, we will. ]

They will, and already have..
14 million for democrats 8 million for tepublicans..

The main election will be worse.. for good reason..
The republican party isn't now and has not been for a good while conservative..
Conservatives are starting to "GIT IT".. more and more daily..
They are "WAKEING Up".. The republic has been morphed into a democracy(Mob Rule)..

If conservatives fail to defend America against the socialist party

McCain doesn't own the votes of those he has repeatedly betrayed. McCain can earn them or spurn them.

McCain gets two choices come November. Principles or defeat. Betraying the first guarantees the second.

Despite the fact that there may be a non-Huckster Libertarian, Constitutional, or Independent candidate coming this summer, at the end of the day, the result of that candidacy will be the election of either Mrs. Clinton or Obama. If that is the way you want it, I certainly respect your choice. The non-Huckster Libertarian, Constitutional, or Independent candidate is not going to win, and can only serve as spoiler. Are we playing checkers, or chess? Mencken also said: “Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.”

Baloney. You only have two choices: McCain or Obama. It’s a done deal. The choice is obvious.

"You're not trolls, or traitors, or even crazy. You're just wrong. You're deeply frustrated and pissed, you feel powerless, and you find McCain even more distasteful than the usual GOP mediocrity. And so you're throwing a loud fit, hoping it will have an impact, howling against the results of the primary season. But in the end, if you fail to make the better choice in the general, you do in FACT help deliver a socialist President Obama with a mandate to lead and a willing congress. It's frustrating, but true."

Thank you, Dr. Phil ...

BTW, I will not be voting for John McCain.

If this is how they wake up, they should go back to sleep. It’s real simple: Either you help McCain or you help Obama.
