Yeah, but that old stuff (obviously) won’t hold up to abuse.
Some CA, some carbon fiber, and we’ll give him a violin that can double as a skateboard, and smell good, too! (hide glue smells, to me, like dead animals).

I cant entirely buy this story. I would think a hard case would provide better protection, and such a serious fall would have injured the violinist as well.I agree, something smells fishy here.
