Unfortunately, Putin didn’t see it that way. Contrary to Bush’s impression, he is not deeply committed to the good of his country, but rather to power and self enrichment.

There is a very interesting article in Playboy (my friend gets it :) about how Garry Kasparov the chess player despises Putin and is crusading to bring him down. Don't be surprised to see Kasparov dead soon...Putin is out of control from what I've read.

This is all very nice-if you happen to be a Boris Berezofsky(sp?) fan-but police now believe this gentleman died of natural causes.
