A. Wacko's always claim that they will submit to a polygraph until the time actually comes to do it.

B. It's telling that he hasn't produced said driver yet, and this story has been out for a WHILE.

What you are implying is that Obama is guilty until proven innocent. I don't care which side someone is on, it is not the view of our justice system that one has to prove one's innocence to every claim made. And if this case goes the distance then of course the burden is on the plaintiff and the government to prove Obama's guilt.

I'll reserve further comment until I see what "civil rights" have supposedly been violated.
