Rendell is absolutely correct. Without Republican help Doug Wilder would have never become Virginia's Governor. Even with Republican help Democrats kept out the black candidates in Ohio and Maryland in the last election 2 years ago.

These are the same people who voted in Jim Webb, and that's because they not only don't care for blacks, they also don't care for a guy whose mother was Jewish!
