But the area between the Potomac and Rappahannock is good ole farm country and likely went big for Huckabee. I think Rove, the magnificant bast*** meant to draw a district down I-95 through Stafford County down towards Richmond.
The liberal area of VA that is going for McCain are not voting strong for McCann
The Potomac shore, parts of the Rapp shore and Dahlgren may count as Washington ex-urbs. They’re full of “come-heres”. Once you’re off the water and away from the million dollar homes, it’s soybeans, corn and wheat.

Unfortunately for McCain, that northern neck is where the ice storm effected afternoon commuters, which will make this race a lot closer than he would like.
Good for us though, as it may make him act more quickly to appease conservatives so they stop voting for Huckabee.
