“The video shows a guy in a suit and blue shirt getting roughed up as he tries to enter, two young men have to fight their way in, and at the end, a young man with backpack is forcibly prevented and leaves. I am following along on this thread and am wondering why the CA AG does not call in the National Guard since the USMC office is federal property?”
The guy in the suit was trying to get out.
The AG can’t call in the Guard, only the Governor can.
The recruiting office is leased space, and it falls under the GSA/Federal Protective Service

Watch it again. At 00:06, the man in the suit is at the entrance trying to get into the office. He is being prevented from doing that. As for Arnie, I can’t get him on the cell:) so I called the CA AG, since quite obviously, laws were being broken and the police were not doing anything about it. Lastly, what can the beancounters at GSA do to ensure the Marines are not harassed like this?
Also, someone noted earlier that blocking the doorway of an occupied building is a violation of the CA fire codes. Another law broken and the police did nothing.
