Called and did my duty. BTW they know about the video showing Code Pink assualting citizens. Her comment to me was, “Oh, that was an old video.” So it was okay for Code Pink to beat up people who wanted to get inside the Marine Corps recruiting center. Par for the course.
I’d encourage everybody while we’re at it, to call your senator and ask that they get on board with Sen Jim Demint’s bill: 2008 Semper FI. I did and Richard Lugar’s office in Indy didn’t understand what semper fi was. I had to spell it for them, and I don’t slur my speech. Go figure.
I e-mailed one of my Senators, John Warner. I figured it would be a waste of time to contact the other Virginia senator, since Jim Webb is a staunch cut-and-runner.
