I just called. I started to tell the woman who answered how upset I was about the city council allowing Code Pinkos to block entry to the Marine recruting center 2 weeks ago. She said..."Oh that is old news, that is not going on now!" As if I should not be concerned about the crimes they committed, because they were not committed today! (Like, oh he murdered her 2 weeks ago, but that is old news, so why bother to find fault now!). I guess for her, and others like her, it is over. Then she tried to rush me off the phone, by dismissing my first comment as "Old news!"

But I continued and told her that, of course, I knew it was before and that's exactly why I am upset because the city of Berkley has done nothing to the Code Pink members who were abusive, and their police force stood by and watched and allowed it to happen -- and to the public masses in America it is NOT FORGOTTEN! It is because of the action of the City Council against the Marines AND the non-action of their police department against the Code Pink members who were blocking entry to the recruting office that they have the fiasco on their hands that they have now.

I also added that if they were smart they would make sure the police who are there NOW will enforce the law and stop the Code Pink members from being abusive protesters, hitting people with their signs, etc. She did not react. I told her I was calling from the East Coast and I bet she wondered how I knew what was happening there, LOL! All she said was "Thank you for your call."

FOX has had a couple of reports on, they are covering it live, but they have not shown what our people there have reported. They simply state that there is a lot of anger between the groups.

Deprivation of Civil rights under color of law perhaps. (The selective enforcement stuff, which is having a "chilling effect" on the exercise of first amendment rights.

Or how about a show of force by the Marines from MCAS Miramar down in San Diego?
