I wonder what their activities were, aside from paying salaries to some deadweight?

Well, Davis got a heft salary at first. He was cut back to $45K in this filing (2005). Perhaps that was after the Cablevision thing hit the news?

As to what they do, I don't know. Prior to 2005's filing, they had a few computers and printers listed on their asset list--nothing extravagant. The first software they got was Quick-books but there is not indication that they deal in extensive accounting. Their other software was File-Maker Pro, spending over $1300 in 2003 (creating some sort of database? For what?). In this 2005 filing, they dropped some money on more office furniture, more computers, their own server ($5K) . They seem to have picked up the pace on something. They also broke down and bought MS Office.
