"Comté cheese soufflé with mâche salad," "Meyer lemon éclairs with huckleberry coulis," and "Chicory salad with creamy anchovy vinaigrette and olive toast."

As a chef I can tell you this is a lot of fancy smancy words for:

A cheese souffle' with a mixed baby type spinach; Meyer lemons (which are grown in No. Cal),made into a lemon custard and filled into an eclair and dressed with a huckkeberry sauce; and Chicory (a bitter green usually dried and put into coffee as an expander)but in this case served raw with a fishy vinegar dressing.. all in all pretty yukky!
