The Rio isn’t that big or deep anymore.....why don’t the just build the d*mn fence down the middle of the river, that would make it even more difficult to get over.

Put the damn fence right on the border, with the second tier of fencing and the vehicle trenches inland from the initial barrier fence. Surely to God, we’ve got the technology...
