Well, they already have/had communism there so they dont need to lie about global warming to scare the sheeple into embracing socialism. Thats just for us.
I like your theory. That does explain a lot of behavior. The Russians want to get further out from under the crushing burden of communism, while the western leftists want us to become a tyrannical dictatorship and they will use GW to achieve it.
