I have no problem with trying to stop McCain before or even during the convention. But once he has become the bona fide nominee, it's no longer a battle for ideology, but an attempt at damage control. That's what primaries are for. I was a FredHead (donated to his campaign and a yard sign is still planted in my front yard ), and we all were given a fair chance to get our candidates nominated. If we couldn't, we accept it, and we move on and try harder next time. It's Democrats who bi*ch and whine and moan after losing elections. Us conservatives accept reality and make best with what we have.

That is exactly what the GOP elite, the moderates and liberals in our party expect from us.

I am not playing that game anymore.

You can call my actions anything you want, I call it principle.

I will not reward the horrible behavior of McAmnesty and the moderates and liberals in our party (including trying to remove the SoCons as a power base in the party) with my vote.

They will learn nothing!

McAmnesty is going to lose anyway and next time you will get even worse behavior from them.

If you reward bad behavior, you only get more and worse bad behavior.
