I don't see McCain selecting "living document" interpreters of the constitution to the Supreme Court. (We DO have six members who are over the age of 68.)

You're not going to get any of that from the Democrats.

Perhaps you can help me out then. Could you supply me a list of conservative bills that McCain authored? Could you list for me some issues that were decided by one vote, where McCain was on our side? Can you point me to anything McCain has actually done to suggest that he would at least make an honest effort to appoint judges like Alito?
