Well he would be going up against the Clintons, and that's no easy task. But you think the American public will buy their stories hook line and sinker?

Nuked daisies won't be in the equation. It's too ....60s.

And what about your efforts?

Frankly, I read your posts, and I have the impression that you don't know which side you're really on.

I am a conservative who believes that John McCain is either a Democrat mole or--more likely--a Democrat puppet. My guess is that he's most likely a puppet who doesn't see himself as such, but rather as someone who shows initiative in trying to make deals with Democrats, without giving such deals any particular level of scrutiny. The Democrats know how to play McCain, and they would continue to play him if he got the White House.

I want Republicans to do as well in the House and Senate as they can. I refuse, however, to vote for a man who would totally destroy the GOP if he were somehow elected.

If you're afraid your house will get hit by burglars, does it make sense to hire a crooked security guard who will actively give everything away? If you don't, any burglars will at least have to go through the effort of carrying away their loot. But if you hire a crooked security guard, he'll save them the trouble and have it delivered.
