To my mind, a major question one must ask oneself about any candidate being considered is "Might this person, if elected, turn out to be a Democrat mole." For Fred Thompson and Mitt Romney, I would say 'no', since they've both demonstrated that they can't stand significant aspects of what the Democrats stand for. But what reason is there to believe McCain couldn't be a Democrat mole?
