In my caucus the sign-in sheets were in no way, shape or form related to the delegates that were sent to county. They were never read. No opportunity was given to attempt to persuade the delegates to vote differently, they just stated who they were for and we moved on.

Heck, there were delegates "elected" who weren't even there!!!

We had numerous precincts which were unrepresented, so they didn’t get to send a delegate.
