What do you mean by "votes"? Is that what people wrote down on the sign-in sheet or the preference stated by each delegate?
Or did you do some kind of a show of hands that was then recorded and reported as the votes of the caucus?

I ask because we had one precinct with no one present and a couple others with less delegates than are allotted and there was no reporting of what the tally was from the sign-in sheet.
There was no explanation of what the "results" of our caucus were going to be.

That’s what people wrote down on the sign in sheet, and that’s how they sent their delegates to county.
